At Aurove Flask, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you in pristine condition and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries, shipping fees, and other related information.

1. Shipping Schedule

We offer delivery services across Malaysia and Singapore on the following schedule:

  • Orders are dispatched promptly upon placement. Delivery times may vary and typically range from one week to one month, depending on your location and availability.

A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your order. The tracking information will be sent to you on the day of delivery.

2. Delivery Fees

Our delivery fees are as follows:

  • Free delivery for all new customers, use code FIRST1 at checkout.

  • There is a RM 6.99 delivery fee on all other orders from Malaysia

  • There is a RM 10.99 delivery fee on all other orders from Singapore

3. Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • We deliver across Malaysia and Singapore only.

  • No PO Box Deliveries: We do not ship to PO boxes. If an order is placed with a PO box or business address as the delivery destination, it may not be successfully delivered. Customers are encouraged to provide a valid residential address to ensure successful delivery.

  • Redelivery Policy: If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange for redelivery. In such cases, customers are responsible for both the product cost and potentially the additional redelivery fee.

4. Stock Availability

Product availability may change due to high demand or supply issues. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternative options or arrange for a refund.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email on the day of delivery that includes tracking details. Please ensure that you are available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.

6. Delivery Modifications

If you need to make any changes to your delivery address or schedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
